… in der Kita Taka-Tuka-Land! Mit unserer pädagogischen Konzeption geben wir Ihnen einen ersten Eindruck, wie wir pädagogisch arbeiten und was uns wichtig ist.
Unsere pädagogische Arbeit geschieht auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und orientiert sich darüber hinaus an den Nordrhein-Westfälischen Bildungsgrundsätzen für Kindertagesbetreuung. Dadurch erfüllen wir auch die Qualitätsstandards nach dem Kinderbildungsgesetz (KiBiz) NRW. Dementsprechend verstehen wir uns als Bildungseinrichtung, in der Bildung als sozialer Prozess aus der Eigenaktivität des Kindes erwächst. Um diesen Prozess möglichst gewinnbringend zu gestalten und außerhalb der zusätzlichen Bildungsbereiche legen wir in unserer pädagogischen Arbeit Schwerpunkte auf die Sprachbildung, auf die Kreativität, vor allem im künstlerischen Bereich, auf Bewegung, gesunde Ernährung und auf die Sinneswahrnehmung. Die pädagogischen Fachkräfte nehmen dahingehend eine moderierende und begleitende Rolle ein und unterstützen die Kinder dabei sich die Welt selbst zu erschließen. Im Sinne der Bildungsgrundsätze NRW ist uns auch ein kontinuierlicher Bildungsprozess wichtig, sodass wir großen Wert auf die Übergänge in die Kita und von der Kita in die Schule legen. Die moderne Gehirnforschung hat gezeigt, dass Lernen am besten gelingt, wenn Kinder Begeisterung erleben. Deshalb schaffen wir Raum für eigene Erfahrungen und vielfältige Lernprozesse, sodass auch wir immer wieder begeistert sind von dem, was wir mit den Kindern alles in dieser Welt entdecken.
Namensgebung
Der Begriff „Taka-Tuka-Land“ ist dem sehr erfolgreichen und weitverbreiteten Kinderbüchern der schwedischen Autorin Astrid Lindgren entnommen, in denen die Abenteuer & Geschichten der Hauptprotagonistin „Pippi Langstrumpf“ erzählt werden. In Anlehnung daran, soll durch diese Namensgebung, nämlich „Taka-Tuka-Land“, die durchaus schon vorhandene Eigenständigkeit, sowie Charaktereigenschaften, von Klein und Kleinstkindern hingewiesen werden. Außerdem bringen wir dadurch die blühende Fantasiewelt der Kinder zum Ausdruck. Davon angetrieben, möchten wir in unseren Einrichtungen jedem einzelnen Kind die Entfaltungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bieten, die es benötigt durch fantasievolles Spielen, Entdecken & Forschen der eigenen Möglichkeiten.

Bevor wir mit der pädagogischen Arbeit beginnen, ist unser wichtigstes Ziel, dass sich jedes einzelne Kind in unserer Kita von Beginn an wohlfühlt, Beziehungen aufbaut und somit sich uns öffnet.
Nur dann kann sich eine erfolgreiche Bildungsbiografie entwickeln.
